Policies and Regulations

The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is currently reviewing and making recommendations on draft policies and regulations. The tentative schedule for release of draft text for CAC review is as follows:

• June - Draft general critical areas policies
• July - Draft policies and regulations for frequently flooded areas and critical aquifer recharge areas
• August - Draft policies and regulations for fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas
• October - Draft policies and regulations for wetlands and geologically hazardous areas
• November - Draft administration and review procedure regulations

After the CAC has completed their topical review of draft policies and regulations, the consultants will generate revised policies and recommendations for public review. In the meantime, if you are interested in reviewing the draft language being evaluated by the CAC, it is available on the Meetings and Materials page.
