Clerk's Office

The Superior Court Clerk's Office primary responsibility is to file and index all records filed for Kittitas County Superior Court and Family Court.

Fax filing will be charged $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each page thereafter from beginning of January/01/2024
The Kittitas County Clerk's Office does NOT accept email filings.
