Make a payment

In Person

You may pay your fine in person at the Upper Kittitas County District Court Office. Payments can be made with cash, check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Upper Kittitas County District Court (UKCDC). The Court can accept Debit/Credit card payment, however you will be charged a processing fee in addition to your court payment. Please have your ticket number available with your payment.

By Mail

Please include your ticket number (and defendant’s full name if paying for another person) by check, cashier's check or money order. (DO NOT send cash thru the mail.) Remit payment by mail to:

By Debit/Credit Card

Payments using your debit/credit card can be made at nCourt. You will need your ticket number and amount of payment information available. If you are unsure of your ticket number and amount to pay, please contact the Court Office prior to contacting nCourt to obtain the necessary information. Please be advised you will be charged a 7% processing fee in addition to your court payment.

Setting Up a Payment Plan

If you are unable to remit payment in full within 15 days of issuance of the Notice of Infraction or 30 days of your judgment date, you may set up a Time-Payment Collection with Signal Management Service (SMS). To set up the "Time-Payment" you must

  • Fill out, sign and date the Time-Payment Collection Application and the Time-Payment Agreement Form
  • Send the completed forms, along with the $15.00 set up fee AND your first minimum monthly payment to:

*Minimum monthly payments are as follows:
If the total amount due is under $1,000, the greater of 10% of the account balance or $25; if the total amount due is $1,000 or more, 5% or the account balance.
