If you are a party to a case that is scheduled for a Court Hearing, you may appear for your hearing in person OR remotely by WebEx. If you are not a party to the case, please use the Court Live Streaming.

Prior to your hearing, please make sure these steps are completed:

• View the weekly calendar to determine which department your matter will be heard by: https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/clerk/calendars.aspx. If you are unable to locate your matter on the court docket, please contact the Clerk's Office.

Download the appropriate software. The first time you join a court proceeding you will be prompted to download the appropriate software from https://help.webex.com, or you will be prompted to download the appropriate IOS or Android appt if you are using a tablet or phone. WebEx may require you to identify yourself and to provide a valid email address if participating by video conference. When using a mobile application, you may be required to manually type in the meeting number and meeting password to join the court session. The Kittitas County Superior Court does not have any control over the information WebEx requires in order to appear or view court proceedings via the WebEx platform. WebEx troubleshooting assistance can be found online at:https://help.webex.com

To attend your hearing:

• 15 minutes before your hearing, follow the instructions to the judicial officer that your case is being heard by.

Online Meeting Etiquette

All participants will be muted upon joining and will not be allowed to speak unless prompted by the Court. The Court can, and will, remove a person from the courtroom if they are disruptive. A person who is disruptive could be subject to sanctions/contempt by the Court, just as if the person is physically in the courtroom.
