Upper Kittitas County District Court is a Court of limited jurisdiction having statutory authority over criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, civil infractions, small claims, civil cases up to $100,000, vehicle impound hearings, requests for name change, protection orders including domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and unlawful harassment.
