    The proposed project is to convert an existing residence to a church facility with seating for up to 80 parishioners. The subject parcel is zoned Commercial Agriculture with a Commercial Agriculture Land use designation. Religious Institutions are allowed in this zone with a Conditional Use Permit (KCC 17.15.050.1 Allowed Uses in Resource Lands)
