    a.) Nunnally Administrative Determination Appeal
    Vic Jansen is challenging an Administrative Determination from Kittitas County Community Development Services regarding the necessity for a Plat Amendment application for relocation of access to thirteen lots, twelve of which were created under a pre-existing Administrative Segregation process.

    b.) Kittitas County PUD Bettas Rd (CU-21-00004)
    Kittitas County Public Utility District No. 1 applied for an approximately 25,000 square foot electrical substation in an Agricultural 20 zone. The proposed use is permitted in this zone with a conditional use permit under Kittitas County Code 17.61.020(6).
