The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on July 2, 2024 at Commissioners' Auditorium, 205 West 5th Ave, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider Infrastructure and Phasing Agreement for the Remaining Development Phases for Black Horse at Whiskey Plat.
