Information Technology Mandated Services

• Act as a coordinator and administrator for all County information technology.
• Advise the County Board of Commissioners on all matters concerning information technology.
• Provide technical support on all technology related problems within the County.
• Set County computer standards for both hardware and software.
• Manage Internet and intranet services in support of County services.
• Manage the GIS infrastructure and oversee the County’s long-range geographic information management.

Other Services

• Act as purchasing agent for the County for all computer hardware and software needs.
• Track purchase orders, inventory, and licensing
