    1) Schnebly Coulee SPPF Conditional Use Permit Hearing (CU-24-00003)
    The proposed project, CU-24-00003 Schnebly Coulee SPPF, would establish a Solar Power Production Facility on 22 parcels combining to approximately 1,314 acres. The facility would be located within Solar Overlay Zones 2 and 3 and is estimated to produce 90 megawatts of power. The proposed use may be permitted in this zoning designation with a Conditional Use Permit under KCC 17.15.060 when consistent with the review criteria and development standards outlined in KCC 17.61C.
