Kittitas County, WA - 01/15/2025 - On January 15, 2025, the 2025 Kittitas County Tax Roll was certified. The process for printing Tax statements will begin soon and mailing of the statements is expected in mid-February.
If you do not receive your property tax statement by mid-March, please confirm that your mailing address is correct. Visit the Treasurer’s TaxSifter website at http://taxsifter.co.kittitas.wa.us to view current mailing address, tax information, and payment history. You may also contact our office by email at treasurer@co.kittitas.wa.us or by phone at 509-962-7535 with any questions or concerns. Our office sends tax statements directly to the property owner. If a mortgage lender pays your taxes, they will likely request a copy of the tax roll from our office. If you have any concerns, contact your mortgage company directly to confirm that they have the current tax information. If you signed up for eNoticesOnline, your tax statement will not be mailed to you. It will be emailed to the email address provided when you enrolled. If you have a Cascade Irrigation assessment, it will be mailed in the same envelope as your property taxes. If you have a communications assessment (Television District 1) on your property, that statement will be mailed about the same time, but in a separate envelope. TV District payments and Exemption Requests must be returned to the Treasurer's by April 30, 2025. After the exemption deadline a late fee will also be due. The first half of your 2025 property taxes are due by April 30. Tax payments can be made:
