Requesting Public Records (Kittitas County Code 2.55 and http://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/request/)

The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

To request public records, please complete the Request for Public Records form 68 KB and include:

• Name, address, phone number and other contact information of requestor
• Description of public records (case number, names of involved parties, date of incident, type of incident, etc.)
• Date of request

You will receive a response within five (5) business days of receiving a request from the public records officer.

The Fee Schedule for providing copies of public records is provided in Kittitas County Code 2.55.070.
