Kittitas (pronounced 'KITT-i-tass') County is located in central Washington State. It spans from the lush forested Cascade Mountains to the upper Yakima River Valley plains and the Columbia River.
Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) are allowed on Kittitas County maintained roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. In addition to the requirements listed in RCW 46.09, ATVs on County Roads must utilize their headlights at all times.
