Notice of public hearing to consider the Purchase of Shady Acres Mobile Home Park
The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on August 18, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Kittitas Valley Event Center 901 E. 7th Ave. (Armory Building) Ellensburg, WA to consider the funding and authorization to purchase the Shady Acres Mobile Home Park. Lots 4-16 Block 78, SHOUDY'S SECOND ADDITION TO ELLENSBURG, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said County, together with portions of vacated 9th Street; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Block 81, SHOUDY'S SECOND ADDITION TO ELLENSBURG, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said County, together with portions of vacated Willow Street.
