Notice of public hearing to consider setting fees for the Solid Waste Department.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on June 21, 2016 in the Commissioners Auditorium to consider a fee increase for the Kittitas County Solid Waste Department.
Kittitas County Solid Waste has been notified by Waste Management that they will be raising the operation and disposal fee by the CPI of 2.18% which is allowed under their existing contract with the County. Kittitas County Solid Waste is proposing to increase the fees to cover the cost of service provided by Waste Management.
