Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Change in CDS Application Fees.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 2:00 p.m on November 3, 2015 at County Courthouse Auditorium, 205 W. 5th Street, Ellensburg to consider adjusting the fees for processing land use and building applications for Kittitas County.
The County conducted a study at the beginning of the year to determine the actual cost of processing land use applications and building permits. County Commissioners will consider the report prepared and the need to adjust processing costs. Anyone with any questions regarding the matter may contact Mike Flory, Building Official, or Doc Hansen CDS Director at 962-7506.
Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend said hearing where all testimony will be taken. Written comments may be received at 205 W 5th Ave. STE 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 at or prior to the hearing. Kittitas County complies with all ADA requirements.
