Notice of public hearing to consider adding a new section to County Code authorizing properly licensed, "All Terrain Wheeled Vehicles" on all County Roads that meet the requirements outlined in ESHB 1632.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 6:00 pm on April 15, 2014 at Kittitas County Courthouse, Commissioners' Auditorium, Ellensburg, Washington and at 6:00 pm on April 16, 2014 at Kittitas County Upper District Court to consider adding a new section to County Code authorizing properly licensed, "All Terrain Wheeled Vehicles" on all County Roads that meet the requirements outlined in ESHB 1632.
