Small Purchases Roster
Application
This roster is for purchases of materials, equipment, and supplies between
$5,000 and
$25,000. Purchases over $25,000 will be subject to a
mandatory formal bidding process.
Small Works Roster Application
This roster is for public work projects with estimated value between $40,000
and $300,000. This roster is also subject to formal bidding processes.
Prevailing Wage Requirement
All labor on projects is subject to the highest wage rate of Davis Bacon
(Federal) Wage Rates or Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for a
classification of work.

Updating your information
If you wish to update your roster information, please email the old and new
information to
vendors@co.kittitas.wa.us

If you have not already done so, please
complete a Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification available through the IRS (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf)
and send it to the Auditor's office. For
